CAMP FREDDY were joined by a host of well-known guest musicians during the show, including Scott Weiland (VELVET REVOLVER, ex-STONE TEMPLE PILOTS),Courtney Love (HOLE),Jerry Cantrell (ex-ALICE IN CHAINS),Billy Duffy (THE CULT) and Steve Jones (SEX PISTOLS). The star-studded private birthday party also included comedic performances by Jay Leno and Robin Williams.
CAMP FREDDY is the Los Angeles-based "jam" band featuring ex-JANE'S ADDICTION guitarist Dave Navarro, former THE CULT touring bassist Billy Morrison (on guitar),ex-JANE'S ADDICTION drummer Stephen Perkins, and vocalist Donovan Leitch (the son of 1960s U.K. folk-rock icon Donovan).
CAMP FREDDY entered a Los Angeles studio in January to begin recording their all-star "covers" album for Sanctuary Records. A late 2004/early 2005 release is expected.
